Please ensure to include a Purchase Order Number - to enable work to proceed we require a “call off” purchase order number in place. We recommend that the initial purchase order is raised for the value of £1000. Please note that the actual value of work carried out may be more or less than this indicative figure. If a purchase order is not provided on referral the case will not proceed to allocation. Once a purchase order number is received, you will be responsible for our charges from the date the agreement is signed for all administration and triage work, prior to allocation to an Advocate.
